In addition, breakfast every morning and lunch (two hot lunches and a bag lunch on the last day) will be provided. Coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon are also included.
Registration also includes the attendance to Keynote sessions, Workshop and Technical sessions.
Finally, all registered participant will have free access to the Rowan Recreational Center (indoors running course, swimming pool, weight room, cardio room, basketball courts, etc) and WiFi connectivity throughout campus.
On-site registration will be available from June 3-6, 2018.
*The Student Registration rate is the same for undergraduate and graduate students. This rate does NOT include the Welcome Opening Reception, the Conference Dinner or “Philly Night”.

Terms and Conditions
Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All costs referred to are in US dollars ($). All payments must be made in US dollars ($) and must be received prior to the conference. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on-site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the meeting. The online registration website, referred to as the Rowan University Online Marketplace, is a secure website. Major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Accepted Payment Options
- Pay by credit card: Major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, are accepted.
- Pay by check: If paying by check, select the Bill Me Later option at checkout. After purchase, you will receive an invoice via email.
- If Bill Me Later is selected as payment option for conference registration, payment must be received in full by May 1, 2018. Conference attendance is contingent upon receipt of payment.
Confirmation and Receipt

Cancellation of Registration
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Committee by email: email@example.com
The following cancellation fees will apply:
- Before April 15, 2018: Full refund, excluding administration fee of US $50
- From April 16 to May 15, 2018: 50% refund
- As of May 16, 2018 or if the participant fails to attend: No refund
All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the conference.
Liability and Insurance
In the case of any circumstances beyond Rowan’s control, including, without limitation, labor disturbances or labor disputes of any kind, accident, government intervention, civil disorders or commotions, acts of aggression, acts of God, energy or other conservation measures imposed by law or regulation, explosions, failure of utilities, mechanical breakdowns, disease, or other such occurrence, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the conference and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within the United States, failure to utilize tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference organizers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance and will not be responsible for any losses incurred by Conference participants.
